Pono's tenor ukuleles are well known for their awesome playability and uniquely customisable action. Very few ukuleles have the customisability that Pono's tenors have (due to their truss rod that runs through the neck; which can be tightened or loosened with a hex key to alter the action through neck flexion).
 
Pono's mango tenors are warm in tone, but noticeably brighter and clearer than mahogany. These are beautiful ukuleles; Mango has such a unique colour and wood grain! The ebony faceplate on the headstock and the ebony fretboard and bridge are a beautiful match with the mango.
