We pride ourselves on our customer service, returns policy and warranty! We call every customer upon the arrival of their ukulele to check that it meets or exceeds expectations. If it doesn't meet your expectations and it is in brand-new condition, we accept returns within 7 days (at the buyer's expense). 

 

Any warranty issues beyond this period are covered by Pono's limited lifetime warranty - including lifetime cover for manufacturing issues or faults of the ukulele, but not including damage as a result of exposure to extremes in temperature, humidity or impact. As a general rule of thumb, if the temperature or humidity is uncomfortable for a human, it is uncomfortable for a ukulele. It is advisable to keep ukuleles stored in cases, or when out in the open at approximately 40-60% humidity and 20 degrees Celsius.

 

Please note, that wood is a natural product, and so undergoes subtle changes/movement with the seasons. A little bit of wood movement is normal, but thankfully due to the Pono's truss rods, you can adjust the action as needed. For extra care, in-case, or sound-hole humidifiers can help.
